Sticky Garlic Mushrooms
- 400 grams baby button mushrooms left whole
- 1 tbsp oil (we use extra virgin)
- 6 cloves garlic pressed / crushed
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (we use kikkoman)
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Wash the mushrooms.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan / wok.
- Fry the mushrooms in the oil for 2 minutes
- Add the garlic, soy sauce and vinegar and cook for a further 5 minutes until sticky.
- Serve as a side or as part of tapas.
