Sticky Garlic Mushrooms

  • 400 grams baby button mushrooms left whole
  • 1 tbsp oil (we use extra virgin)
  • 6 cloves garlic pressed / crushed
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (we use kikkoman)
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar


  • Wash the mushrooms.
  • Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan / wok.
  • Fry the mushrooms in the oil for 2 minutes
  • Add the garlic, soy sauce and vinegar and cook for a further 5 minutes until sticky.
  • Serve as a side or as part of tapas.
