Vegan Hoisin Sauce
A quick and easy hoisin sauce that can be stored in the fridge for 5 days. Better than any shop bought and gluten free of course. This can be used as a marinade, or stirred into stir-fries or noodle dishes.
- 4 tbsp gluten free soy sauce or tamari we use Kikkoman
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- 2 cloves garlic grated
- 1 tsp agave nectar
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl and blitz with a hand-blender.
- Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
