Vegan Hoisin Sauce

A quick and easy hoisin sauce that can be stored in the fridge for 5 days. Better than any shop bought and gluten free of course. This can be used as a marinade, or stirred into stir-fries or noodle dishes.

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp gluten free soy sauce or tamari we use Kikkoman
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • 2 cloves garlic grated
  • 1 tsp agave nectar
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a bowl and blitz with a hand-blender.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
